Pasta Mill is located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and are producers of pasta and rice based meals. We are a CFIA Inspected,
HAACP recognized company with an AIB superior rating.
Pasta Mill has been servicing the grocery business across North America since 1989, and currently create their dishes
in a 36 000 sq. ft. production area.
Our production capabilities include: Batch production of sauces, Fresh Pasta Extrusion, Pasta Calibration to exacting
thickness, Automatic Precision cooking of Pasta/Rice, High speed tray assembly line up to 180ppm, and High Speed carton forming
and loading. We also feature: Three meal assembly lines, Reatil and Food service format. Our output capacity is 75 000lbs
(15 000 5lb lasagnas) per day.
